Minimum Qualifications
At least 7+ years of experience in a fast paced company in a Sales Finance role (or similar) with financial modeling, market analytics, competitive assessment, and consolidated reporting
Expertise in Excel
Proficiency in SQL/Tableau
Business or quantitative-based undergraduate degree
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of meaningful experience motivating and developing analysts in a high-performance, fast-paced organization
Passion and thought leadership for innovating on process and optimization, whilst understanding the importance of key financial controls
Adept at creative problem solving and recommending judgement in potentially ambiguous situations
High intellectual curiosity and learning agility, with the passion to delve deeper into data to produce an enriched level of understanding
Extensive experience developing and presenting written reports and business proposals to internal partners and executive leadership
