Job Description

As a member of the Asset Management team, you will be working in the Capital organization delivering world-class asset compliance management.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Capital cases investigation and issues resolution.

• Navigating Intel’s systems such as AMT, Service Now, EMS, etc.

• These activities require partnering and influencing across multiple groups including all the Foundry BUs, E&Y, Accounting and other departments as needed.

• Monitor and troubleshoot systems issues and possess the capabilities to navigate SAP reporting and transactional codes.

• Assisting with internal and external audit questions and system support, when needed.

• Opportunity for the scope to expand to help with other critical Asset Management items.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

• Bachelor's degree or Advance student in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar field.

• 9+ months of related practical experience in financial roles.

• Intermediate Excel for Data Analysis (Managing large sets of data).

• Advanced to Intermediate English level.

• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

• Financial analysis, problem-solving, regulatory compliance (application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and or corporate-wide policies).

• Ability to display and or learn system aptitude (SAP, AMT, EMS, DARC.)

• Prior Capital experience.
