What you will be doing

• Be responsible and owner for Sales and Service BO Reports, control and follow up.
• Initiate the process from CRM/ERP and any related applications. Collaborate with global teams to address status updates, identify gaps, and take necessary actions.
• Create data analysis and focuses for the ongoing activities such as quotations, orders, opportunities, and deliveries defined by the department leads.
• Manage and analyze data to create visibility on Orders, backlog, agreements, service calls, inventory, etc.
• Work closely with the sales and service operations managers on customer activities forecasting, to support resources allocation and any special need.
• Support Nova’s management with official documents required by the customers and support Nova agreements and document system and process to get approval and improve customer experience.
