Job Description

You will

• Be part of a global team defining the approach to privileged access management for a global company with 100k+ users
• Act as one of the subject matter experts (SME) for Privilege Access Management services
• Responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and integrating Privilege and Identity Access Management systems and solutions
• Assess, define, and drive to completion innovative and secure patterns as new applications and technologies emerge in the industry such as using automated CI/CD pipelines
• Design technical cybersecurity controls and define standards and best practices in the application of PAM principles across the enterprise for both on-prem and cloud applications
• Drive requirements and design specifications for privileged access management solutions and direct others in performing these activities
• Provide support for production PAM infrastructure systems and processes
• Identify and document privileged account management business and technical use cases
• Develop PAM best practices and solutions for common client problems
• Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various platforms like Windows, UNIX, Databases, Kubernetes using privilege access management products like Delinea Secret Server
• Facilitate the continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of PAM capabilities, functions, and standards
• Ensures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of PAM systems
• Be responsible for evaluating new solutions and developing the supporting elements required to incorporate new technologies in a secure manner
• Produce architecture diagrams, blueprints, and solution narratives to bring these to reality
• Actively collaborate with project teams, consumers of IAM services, stakeholders and colleagues
• Coordinate managed service teams working on planned activities

Ideal skillset

• Hands-on experience working on IT engineering, designing, implementing, and delivering IT solutions
• Expertise with PAM solutions like Delinea, CyberArk
• Experience with PAM in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure and GCP)
• Experience with PowerShell and automation
• Abstract thinking with the ability to solve complex problems that may require developing automation integrated with third-party systems
• Self-driven attitude with good time management to deliver within agreed timelines
• Willingness to learn about IAM and the global enterprise environment
• Understanding of secure software development lifecycle and accompanying technologies
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude, and solid interpersonal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate cross-culturally with a wide array of stakeholders, internally and externally

Preferred skillset

• Identity and Access Management previous experience in medium or large enterprises
• Cybersecurity concepts including encryption, authentication, database security and information protection, Enterprise single sign-on (SSO), Federated SSO, multi-factor authentication, API security
• Authentication technologies, Active Directory, Entra ID
• Privileged access management
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud identity management
• Certification in information security, application security or cloud security is a benefit
