We deliver a mix of tax compliance and advisory services, covering areas such as:

  • M&A structuring and due diligence

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted day-to-day contact
  • Support and manage the delivery of complex tax advisory and compliance engagements
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and supporting pitches
  • Deliver technically sound and commercially practical solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues across EY to offer holistic services to clients

About You

  • Strong technical expertise in UK Corporate Tax
  • Strategic and commercial acumen
  • Strong tax technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience in UK corporate tax, ideally in a mid-market or private client context
  • Strong technical tax knowledge and proven ability to manage advisory and compliance engagements

Qualifications

  • A recognised qualification such as ICAS, ACA, CTA, or equivalent (e.g. Tax Inspectors Training Programme, law or other tax specialist qualification
