Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

· To build the adidas brand in digital channels as the best sports brand in EM

· Digital Implementation: to provide full support in the execution of marketing campaigns with the adherence to global guidelines, toolkits and timelines

· Processes: Input into and implement processes that enable the digital team to follow the marketing plans

Key Responsibilities Planning and Execution

· Work closely with the supervisor to develop digital plan according to marketing strategy for adidas focusing on all channels (digital) to continuously build brand equity, and maximize the impact of sports promotion or product launch.

· Monitor competitors and provide input to support marketing strategy against competition

· Analyse and evaluate campaign effectiveness with supporting data and references

· Monitor competitors’ activities and provide suggestions to defense plan against competitors’ aggressive marketing actions

System and Processes

· Cascade, develop, trans create digital content/material

· Recommendation of digital content from global materials + recommendation on local adaptation

· Establish close communication with global/EM teams

· Working closely with agencies for content internal and external partners

· Develop and execute the digital plan; work with partners for project implementation.

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or Department Head

· Manage the implementation & operations of CRM, traffic driving, email marketing, and membership loyalty program

· Oversee adidas eCommerce marketing and content, including adidas app, eCommerce site content, conversion programs, data capture programs, and

· Oversee the content plan for adidas platforms, websites, apps, social networks and mobile platforms, specifically taking into account our core consumers and leveraging our sports marketing and influencer relationships.

· Drive thought leadership and innovation throughout the digital team and broader brand team

· Oversee the planning, execution and implementation of digital campaigns and leverage of global tools and networks in the local market.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Specific marketing experience in digital strategy, planning and implementation and execution either in-house or within a digital agency.

· Skilled in agency management through previous experience.

· Has an understanding of all marketing disciplines and how to integrate a digital plan into a holistic marketing strategy.

· Proven experience in performance marketing specific to online retail, specifically SEM, PPC, display, and affiliates.

· Strong understanding of paid and organic social media channels relevant to youth consumers.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.

· Ability to think innovatively and creatively.

· Strong project management skills and track record for successful and timely implementation of plans.

· Willingness to be hands on and a team player.

· Very strong in building and maintaining relationships.
