Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Commerce systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware sales within channel environments, including direct engagement with distributor and reseller partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and interact across all levels within customer organizations from end user to C-level.
  • Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver standardized reporting and onboarding processes with interfaces that reduce errors and accelerate downstream operations.
  • Translate partner and distributor feedback into actionable improvements for reporting and operational tools.
  • Define and monitor operational health metrics (e.g., accuracy, timeliness, exception rates) to guide prioritization.
  • Publish clear, actionable guidance for external audiences to support adoption and minimize support overhead.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to align on priorities, business needs and strategy.
  • Lead preview programs and staged rollouts, incorporating feedback to refine the experiences.
