The PEM sits in the broader AIML Industries & Partner Solutions Center of Excellence (I&PS COE), which is responsible for the the AWS end-to-end global partner strategy to grow in targeted Industries and Services through differentiated partner solutions built on AWS.
Key job responsibilities
-Build and manage an AIML partner content repository-Support our internal (AWS partner organization) and external (AWS partner channel) communication strategy to drive content engagement
-Identify and test new initiatives that drive efficiency in content development and management through repeatable, scalable mechanisms
-Define and track the content engagement and development metrics, reporting, and benchmarking process, to enable effective evaluation of performance and indentification of “what’s working”/”what’s not working”Seattle, WA, USA

- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- - 3+ years of program or project management experience
- - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- - Prior Sales experience working with C-Level Executives.

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
