Provide technical expertise and support forfield service operations, preventive maintenance of HVAC system
Lead and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successfulimplementation and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implementsolutions for customer needs
Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
Key skills and qualifications:
Fluent Hungarian
Minimumof 2 years of proven experience in field serviceengineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering (electrical, automation, mechatronic or a relatedfield; Master's degree preferred
Excellentproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strongtechnical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
