Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support forfield service operations, preventive maintenance of HVAC system
• Lead and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successfulimplementation and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implementsolutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

Key skills and qualifications:

• Fluent Hungarian
• Minimumof 2 years of proven experience in field serviceengineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering (electrical, automation, mechatronic or a relatedfield; Master's degree preferred
• Excellentproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strongtechnical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
