Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer Specialist
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to enhance user experiences by improving the usability, accessibility, and usefulness of our products. This role involves translating business requirements and user needs into impactful, user-centered design decisions that drive engagement and satisfaction across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable features based on business requirements and user needs.
• Analyze and evaluate applications, systems, and user interactions across web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational interfaces.
• Develop and communicate design strategies effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Application Engineering.
• Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met throughout the design lifecycle.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to better understand user needs and create user-centered designs.
• Inspire colleagues and stakeholders by sharing knowledge, improving design processes, and contributing to the development of common UI libraries.
• Experience designing user interactions for AI-driven products, including conversational interfaces, predictive analytics, and machine learning models. Ability to leverage AI to enhance user experiences and solve complex problems through innovative design solutions.

Key Tasks:

• Create interaction and visual design specifications for planned features based on our award-winning design system.
• Collaborate on user journeys and interaction design prototypes to ensure a harmonized experience across products.
• Partner with developers, product managers, and technical writers to provide usable, accessible, and delightful experiences.
• Lead projects, providing design insights and solutions to enhance usability and user satisfaction.

Experience & Skills:

• 6+ years of professional product design experience, with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in standard UX software (e.g., Figma). Basic SAPUI5 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using UX best practices, including conducting user research and testing.
• Strong communication skills to clearly present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
• Domain expertise in enterprise products is a plus.
• Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional projects are a plus.
