Job Description

ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates supply chain activities on multiple projects within a specific product portfolios.

• Engages in load sharing and distribution across regions.

• Optimizes physical and information flows between multiple sites

• Leads tender activity from award to execution on supply chain topics.

• Coordinates supply chain activities related to manufacturing and technology transfers, process changes, industrialization of new products.

• Member of the SC project team for the R&D project.

• Facilitates business cases, program deployment and strategy integration as needed.

• Primary point of contact for manufacturing sites, maintains alignment with Site Directors, Site Planners, CMO.

• Connects site and/or represents sites in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, focusing on bid review, S&OE.

• Coordinates forecasting, procurement and planning of external subcontractors.

• Consolidates rolling forecasts, orders, backlog, purchasing and capacity to anticipate challenges and optimize site load and supplies.

• Aligns with regional requirements for product launches relative to site/market.

• Oversees and drives improvement initiatives in collaboration with sites, applying Lean manufacturing principles to implement structural fixes to improve customer service or planning efficiency.

• Supports 5YP and Assumption-Based Review (ABR) process.

KEY COMPETENCES

• Master’s degree Supply Chain level (engineering school,…).

• Several years of experience in supply chain management, site planning or operations, or multi-site organization

• Supply Chain Management Concepts

• Project management methodology (Gantt chart)

• S&OP process

• Load/capacity analysis

• Demonstrated ability to influence others (peer groups, higher band levels and outside of immediate organization).

• Problem solving

• Analytical skills

• Fluent English

• SAP experience will be a bonus
