Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in manufacturing of consumer electrical mechanical related products.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to partner with local stakeholders and vendors.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations.
- Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication.
