Your Experience
- BE/Btech or equivalent technical degree or military experience required
- 5 to10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced level experience with ServiceNow application
- Service management (incident, change, problem) best practice knowledge
- Knowledge of Jira
- Strong technical aptitude, technology knowledge desired with an ability to build relationships with other internal stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain successful cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to be consultative with partners and stakeholders
