• ITSM Knowledge, Process Expert (Incident, Change, Release)
• General system administration knowledge:
• Linux, Windows, Unix, RDBMS (generic SQL queries)
• Configuration Management tool - BladeLogic Server Automation, Ansible, SCCM

Desired skills

• ITIL Foundations certified or higher preferred
