Project Title:

Novel laser system reliability and laser induced damage testing for new generation wafer inspection system

Job Description:

• Support novel laser optical design and setting up state-of the-art test stations in the new laser lab

• Develop SW for automatic testing and processing Data collection and analysis

• Support engineering and production, and write report

Project Objective / Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the Novel industrial system development and quality control

• Understand advanced laser optics testing methodologies and design

Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a recognized university

• Available from Jan - May/June 2026 (prefer semester Intern, commitment of 5 to 6 months)

• Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities

• Willingness to learn attitude and interest in technology

• Strong knowledge or skills in optics and photonics, physics and programming languages (LabVIEW, MatLab, python, etc.), or good at data interpretation and matrix mathematics would be an advantage

• Strong hands-on experience, and analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and willingness to work on different tasks if required
