Responsibilities:
BTSS Billing and Invoicing:
- Review invoices to ensure accuracy
 - Raise purchase orders / requisitions (POs)
 - Invoice Processing
 - Process allocation of charges to businesses
 
Help / Support:
- Address customer inquiries, FAQ, entitlements, etc. (via email or ServiceNow)
 - Communicate timely and effectively with EMEA country managers
 - Proactively escalate issues to affected parties
 - Collaborate with partners and seek best practices and propose efficiency solutions
 
Ideal background:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
 - Good communication skills in English
 - 2 + years administrative or operational support experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment
 - High proficiency of Microsoft Office (Power BI expertise would be an advantage)
 - Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approval
 - Effective time management, documentation and organizational skills
