THE OPPORTUNITY

• To drive consistent growth and deliver performance in managing multiple portfolios

• To collaborate with cross-functional team in winning competition and achieving business goals in targeted disease area

• Based in Taipei office but agilely transport and support in territories

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop brand strategy to win competition in targeted disease area.

• Leverage omnichannel platform to raise brand share of voice in targeted market.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to prepare launch of new product and indication.

• Project business estimation with aspirational mindset

• Manage resource to conduct marketing campaign to maximize brand penetration.

• Demonstrate leadership to inspire the team to achieve aspirational goal.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree is required, master’s or above degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical company, 2 years’ experience in marketing function, targeted specialty in oncology/hematology is preferred.

• Successful experience in launching new product/ indication/ reimbursement.

• Proven history of strong KOL engagement, trouble shooting, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.

• Agile and aspirational mindset to make results happen.
