• Design and deliver fixed or modular chassis and cards that meets system product requirements.
• Develop 3D CAD model using Creo or NX.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Hardware, Signal Integrity, CAD, Thermal, Manufacturing, etc.) to negotiate requirements and evaluate technical risks and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with thermal engineers to design and implement cooling solutions.
• Provide technical design guidance and mentoring for junior engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 7+ years of experience OR Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in use of 3D MCAD tools (Creo/NX/SolidWorks).
• Experience with sheet metal design.
• Experience in tolerance analysis, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and statistical analysis.

• Experience in the mechanical design of electronic enclosures/computer/networking.
• Experience in manufacturing tooling for sheet metal, plastic, and die-casting.
• Experience designing plastic and die-cast parts.
• Model-Based Definition (MBD) experience.
• Experience with PDMLink (TeamCenter).
• Experience in ECO, BOM, and Deviation processes (experience with Agile).

As a PMM for AI Canvas you will:

• Own Product Messaging & Positioning – Develop and refine value propositions and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the unique strengths and differentiation of AI Canvas to technical and business audiences.
• Drive Go-To-Market Success – Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales and Marketing teams to launch new features, drive adoption, and accelerate customer acquisition and growth.
• Market Intelligence – Monitor industry trends and competitive activity, delivering actional insights that inform product development and positioning.
• Enable Sales & Partners – Create compelling collateral, enablement materials, and training that empower sales teams, partners, and customer experience to effectively communicate the value of AI Canvas.
• Storytelling & Thought Leadership – Represent the product internally and externally, crafting narratives, blogs, case studies, and demo experiences that reinforce Cisco’s leadership in AI.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles in software, cloud, or AI/ML domains.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling messaging and translate technical features into clear, differentiated customer benefits.
• Proven experience launching and growing new products or major features, ideally in a high-visibility or high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; confident engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving projects from strategy through execution.
• Bachelor’s degree required (technical or business field preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise AI, or platform marketing.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem, developer tools, or enterprise software landscapes.

• 5+ years of experience managing collaborators and leading multi-functional projects to deliver integrated hardware and software solutions.
• Consistent track record of developing over 5 business cases or market assessments that influenced product investment decisions, crafted strategic direction, and drove measurable impact on revenue growth and market share through effective multi-functional teamwork.

• Deep understanding of data center deployment, use cases, and architecture across enterprise environments, neo-cloud providers, and hyperscalers.
• Strong understanding of Converged Infrastructure (CI), Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), and core storage technologies including file, block, and object storage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of compute technologies, including server architecture, processors, memory, and GPUs, with experience translating AI workload requirements to storage architectures
• Strong ability to identify and nurture strategic technology partnerships with co-development and joint go-to-market potential.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in crafting sales enablement tools, field messaging frameworks, and go-to-market content.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
