Managing service escalation and meeting with customer at site for the resolution of the same
Leading for new sales lead generation and detail technical site study along with BOM preparation followed by technical presentation at site to convince customer on Lead
Drive BTI opportunities and cyber opportunities
Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues/enquiries
KeyExperience & Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical/Engineering field
3 years’ experience in Honeywell Product Platform
Experience with DCS, PLC, Networking, Third party communication, Modbus, Serial interface etc.
Knowledge in process automation, experience in process like petrochemical, Oil and Gas is preferable
Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, C-300, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN/UNC
