Process Overview*

Job Description*.

The Workday Developer will be primarily responsible for the design, configuration, development, and support of Workday Implementation at Bank. The Developer works closely with the Human Resources and Payroll departments to meet internal management reporting requirements as well as corporate reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:

Design, develop and implement enhancements, customizations and break/fix to Workday Human Capital Management system for Workday.

Create technical designs from business requirements and engineer and develop technical solutions based on those designs.
Prepare technical and functional documentation for all changes made to the system.
Prepare test plans & test scripts.
Manage configuration and regression testing for Workday releases.
Actively participate in Workday Community (including User Groups) to identify any problems/solutions with current configurations.

Education*

Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience Range*

12 - 15 Years

Foundational skills*

Experience on workday Integration expert knowledge on Studio integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOF, Custom Reports, calculated fields, XSLTs etc.
Domain knowledge on Payroll, Time Off/Absence, Time, Recruiting
Develop Integration Systems using EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Studio .
Develop PICOF integrations using Payroll Interface and Studio.
Hands on experience on web technologies such as XML, XSLT and Web Services .
Create Sub-Assemblies using Workday Studio .
Having knowledge on Integration Security, ERP, HCM domains.
Workday Pro Certification on the related domains will be an added plus
