The Business Intelligence(BI) team workswith diverse data sources, leading requirements gathering, and ensuring accurate insights through thorough testing and effective dashboard management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand comprehensive data insight needs and lead requirements gathering sessions.
• Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization from diverse data sources.
• Develop and manage data visualization solutions using Tableau & QLIK, offering intuitive insights to product/business partners.
• Develop and manage data wrangling workflows with Alteryx.
• Conduct thorough control testing of each solution component, ensuring accurate insights and validation with stakeholders.
• Publish dashboards and reports with appropriate scheduling refresh, resolving any data or performance issues.
• Identify critical data scope within products, ensuring prioritized data is well-documented and classified with metadata.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics/business intelligence teams.
• Hands-on expertise with Alteryx and SQL.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing advanced data visualizations and presentations, preferably with Tableau.
