Your responsibilites
- (branded & unbranded) of communication and marketing campaigns in close cooperation with the BCM & Medical Advisor and other cross-functional team members to leverage the customer experience in a compliant way and in accordance with company standards.
- Liases with Campaign Manager to align implementation and decide the appropriate platforms and channels to be used.
- Content creation and optimization: Create engaging and informative content for various platforms and channels including websites, social media, email, and online advertisements. Optimize content for search engines and ensure it is visually appealing, relevant, and accurate.
- Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices from other countries in content development and incorporate them into our strategies in order to find synergies and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and medical professionals to gather information, ensure accuracy, and develop content that meets our customers' needs. Coordinate with external agencies, if required.
- Support content measurement and analysis: Monitor and track the performance of content using analytics tools. Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement, optimize content strategies and proactively suggest adjustments to the campaign. Tests MVP with selected Key Customers
- Acts as Product Owner with end-to-end process responsibility, including internal approvals in a compliant way
Your Competencies- Bachelor's degree inlife sciences, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in content development and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be considered a plus
- Experience or ability to use digital tools like CRM systems, Veeva and omnichannel platforms
- Analytical and critical mindset to track performance metrics and use advanced analytics tools to drive insights
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance in healthcare marketing
- Hands-on, highly motivated and with creative spirit
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal English skills
