YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you will:

  • Interlock with local field marketers to create a holistic FY event strategy for defined strategic Partners covering Partner owned events, 3rd party events and IBM owned events
  • Support to fully utilize available MDF (Marketing Develompent Funds) of defined strategic Partners following the established MDF budget process with Marketing Operations team
  • Identify and deliver existing and new client stories for defined strategic Partners and team up with the corresponding IBM communications lead to leverage them in key mktg activities (e.g. key events with strategic Partners)
  • Report out to the EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) leadership the marketing strategy and outcomes of executed marketing activities
  • Align with EMEA & worldwide strategic partnership marketing team and comms team on content and messaging to ensure consistency


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Previous experience in digital marketing and performance management, customer experience, and/or customer service roles
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and geographies
  • Writing and presentations skills
  • Organization skills and good attention to detail
  • Client centric attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Bachelor or Master‘s Degree


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Understand evolving business partner landscape, partner business models, how partners make money, how they create demand, and relationships between vendors and partners
  • Laguages (active communication): Russian, Czech/Slovak, French, Nordic languages, Eastern Europe languages;
  • Partner marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Experiments constantly, embracing a client-centric mindset to find new ways to satisfy Partner needs
  • Highly collaborative – able to represent ecosystem in meetings and discussions, building effective teaming relationships within ecosystem marketing and with other marketing and business areas
  • The best candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to stretch the role, constantly reimagining what it can deliver.
