Key job responsibilities
• Reporting: Develop and manage Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews and data visualizations for topline metrics, programs, and goals.• Data Management: Create and optimize data tables, automate data pipelines, and integrate new data sources outside the existing data lake.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of new seller-facing programs, estimate the impact of new legislation and associated risks, model business scenarios, and design tailored data visualizations.
• Mentoring: Play a key role within the analytics team by sharing knowledge, formalizing BI best practices, and mentoring junior engineers and analysts.

- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in the data/BI space
