1. Support automation leader and product managers in shaping the overall automation & technology strategy & roadmaps, and subsequent execution for realization
2. Engage with internal Nokia business customers to understand detailed business & process transformation plans and/or roadmaps and align & maintain technology roadmaps for Automation & Low Code platform needs
3. Manage automation demand management & fulfilment for Nokia Business Groups & Corporate Functions, coordinating with product managers & delivery leads in Automation CoE, as per agreed implementation roadmaps with business stakeholders
4. Support qualification & prioritization of business needs, and support product managers in creating successful business cases
5. Own analysis and preparation of costs, budgets, performance KPIs, and plan values for automation and low code programs/projects
6. Support the automation leader & product managers in Automation CoE performance management. Perform regular Automation CoE performance excellence workouts with internal automation product & delivery teams
7. Facilitate/support resolution of inter-team dependencies in automation initiatives, working with the business stakeholders, other IT stakeholders (including for IT AI and Data teams, IT infrastructure), Group Security etc, and internal automation functions
8. Support new strategic & tactical initiatives that are led by Automation CoE

Key Skills & Experience:

1. 8+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years in technology teams in large global, multinational organizations
2. Possess good functional & technical knowledge of at least two Automation & Low Code platforms e.g. RPA, Orchestration, Embedded AI automation platforms, Low code platforms like Service Now, Microsoft Power apps, Mendix etc.
3. Demonstrated application of project management skills
4. Compelling demonstrated learning ability: Experience in learning new technologies quickly
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to synthesize data and information in form of executive reports, and present insights and actionable plans

Education:

• Bachelors’ university degree in Engineering or Sciences/Math/Statistics
• Demonstrated continuous learning (higher formal education degree/diploma, certifications, coursework etc.)
• Business degree/diploma/certifications are desirable, not a requirement
