As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the ‘Cloud Ambassador’ across all the cloud products, arming our customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.

Work/Life Balance

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of professional experience.
Expert in administration of MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, or Amazon Aurora.
Proficient in networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL).

Strong skills in analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of databases.
Experienced in setting up monitoring and alarms for production database environments.
Proficient in database migration, ETL processes, and NoSQL technologies like DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, or Riak.
Skilled in Linux system monitoring, distributed computing, and query optimization.
