ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.
• Release, add and change process instruction.
• Establish appropriate performance report.
• Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
• Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
• Perform related work as assigned.
• Co-ordinate with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.
• Develop subordinate's performance with proper training and supervision.
• Provide work guidance to other engineers.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7- 8 years of experience in Engineering or related field.

PREFERRED:

• HDD Process, Technology and Quality Management
• Problem Solving Techniques
