What you'll do...

What you'll do:

• Leading and mentoring developers, sharing knowledge to support growth and development of junior engineers
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality
• Working closely with teams in health and wellness to translate overall system architecture and product requirements into well-designed and implemented software components.
• Working closely with engineering manager to calibrate talent and build a high performing engineering team
• Thinking critically to overcome challenges that arise during the development and implementation of a project

What you'll bring:

• Programming languages: Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
• Software design: Understanding of design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices
• Database design: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Software development methodologies: Familiarity with modern methodologies like Agile and Scrum

• Leadership skills: Ability to lead and mentor other software engineers, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Customer focus: A customer-centric mindset to deliver software solutions that meet business needs and improve the customer experience.
