What you'll do:
- Leading and mentoring developers, sharing knowledge to support growth and development of junior engineers
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality
- Working closely with teams in health and wellness to translate overall system architecture and product requirements into well-designed and implemented software components.
- Working closely with engineering manager to calibrate talent and build a high performing engineering team
- Thinking critically to overcome challenges that arise during the development and implementation of a project
What you'll bring:
- Programming languages: Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Software design: Understanding of design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices
- Database design: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Software development methodologies: Familiarity with modern methodologies like Agile and Scrum
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead and mentor other software engineers, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Customer focus: A customer-centric mindset to deliver software solutions that meet business needs and improve the customer experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
