Requirements:

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
8 to 12 years of experience in software design, development and testing
Experience with design and development of platforms
Hands on coding experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
Experience working on Linux platform with good understanding of Linux internals.
Very good understating on Network Protocols like TCP, HTTP/2, SCTP
Knowledge on diameter and radius protocols.
Experience in container tools and technologies (Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Charts)
Knowledge in technology methodologies (Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, software & hardware development practices, operational practices, web services design)
Ability to work in an Agile Scrum environment.
Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations.Self-driven, analytical, and results oriented with proven sound judgement

In Cloud and Network Services Developer and a member of the Common Software Foundation team, you will be responsible for the software development of reusable open source components and services for use across the Nokia Software product portfolio. You will ensure that these components are robust, maintainable, easy to use and you will support the product teams as they integrate them into Nokia Software applications. You will provide development support to product groups that are consuming this software.
You will be working on developing features in Diameter/Radius/HTTP/SCTP protocols. Role requires supporting internal product units while integraing the CSF component and supporting field issues related to CSF component.

BE/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Experience with design and development of platforms.
Hands on coding experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
Hands on coding experience in Kubernetes technologies.
Experience working on Linux platform with good understanding of Linux internals.

Experience in container tools and technologies (Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Charts)
Knowledge in technology methodologies (Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, software & hardware development practices, operational practices, web services design)

Exposure to Devops – Development experience in a Jenkins based environment with test framework exposures (ex. Radish, Cucumber etc.)
Desirable to have demonstrated open-source contributions/penchant for open-source contributions, awareness on licensing, security & compliance aspects.
Exposure to K8s helm creation, web servers, database, microservice, application development would be a plus.
Job also involves carrying out functional & system tests, software validation/reviews and technical support during platform deployment & product integrations.
Good debugging, problem solving and Analytical Skills are much desired.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written desired
