You’ll work closely with teams across R&D, Sales, and Support to identify needs,, develop engaging learning experiences, and drive measurable growth.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and skill gaps - and turn them into actionable learning and enablement programs.
• Lead learning needs analysis , define clear KPIs, and develop end-to-end learning solutions , from onboarding to upskilling to performance support.
• Design and implement blended learning journeys using digital, live, and AI-based learning development tools .
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, relevant content.
• Manage learning projects with structure, clarity, and a bias for execution.
• Measure impact, analyze results, and continuously improve programs.
• Lead change and adoption of new learning and performance practices across global teams.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate complex, technical knowledge into engaging and accessible learning experiences.

For that mission you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Proven ability to design scalable learning programs that drive measurable performance, in global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of instructional design, digital learning, and AI-powered tools.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical needs into clear learning strategies.
• High technical orientation – ability and interest in learning and creating content on highly technical topics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile mindset, curiosity, and passion for innovation.
• Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design , or a related field.
• Experience in developing technical learning for R&D teams – a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS – an advantage.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
