As a Senior Cloud FinOps Business Partner, you will help NICE global cloud business units to maximize every dollar spent on the cloud and help speed the delivery of our solutions. You will promote the FinOps and governance principles, a combination of systems, best practices, and culture designed to increase our company’s ability to understand cloud costs, generate cost optimization, and leverage cloud operations and governance across the organization.

How will you make an impact?

• Partner with NICE business units to maximize cloud margins, enhance governance, and increase transparency across the organization.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement cost-efficient cloud services, influencing the roadmap for new features.
• Utilize experience and scripting skills for automating cloud optimization.
• Develop and document best practices for cloud optimization and governance, including processes, white papers, standards, and blog posts.
• Work with cloud teams to select optimal performance-cost service types for system and application requirements.
• Create metrics, reports, and optimization plans to achieve financial excellence in the cloud.
• Develop and deploy tools, both internally and with cloud partners, to enhance observability and enable proactive, AI-driven cost optimization.
• Serve as the go-to expert for cloud financials, governance, and solutions architecture.

Have you got what it takes?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience in cross-functional roles within large global enterprises.
• Proven expertise in AWS/Azure Cost Management and FinOps principles.
• CloudOps experience with scripting skills for automation (e.g., Python, CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Strong understanding of AWS/Azure platforms, services, and well-architected frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions architecture and the ability to resolve technical issues with stakeholders.
• Experience working in a global or large-scale high-tech company.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities to influence across all levels.
• Highly organized and a self-learner who can manage complex tasks independently and empower others to achieve success.
