What a typical day looks like:
- New product introduction input.
- Understand DFM report and support customer to optimize the design
- Review customer BOM and add relative package to release to system
- Production WI create and upload system and update
- Review customer ECO and release to system
- Assist QE to analysis customer complain issues
- Analysis Material quality issue and provide the objective evidence to SQE
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
- Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production
- Oversee new process equipment production
- Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters
- Trouble shoot process related issues
- Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials
- Complete other relative delegated job
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- College or above degree
- 3+ years of process engineering experience in Automotive electronics products.
- Have good communication skill with OEM customer;
- Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge.
- Good English capability for reading and writing
