The opportunity
  • The HRBP works with the unit leadership teams to achieve highest performance and engagement levels of our people.
  • The HRBP provides expertise in diverse HR practices such as talent management, org. design and effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues. He/she also leads programs around employee engagement and culture inc. Inclusion & Diversity and employees' well-being
How you’ll spend your day
  • Build and maintain progressive human resources practices possessing the business insight necessary to influence the company’s performance and business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish a tone for performance and continuous improvement within the Business Units. Ensures HR programs are aligned to leverage diversity, motivate employee engagement, and reward performance.
  • Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes.
  • Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions

  • Partner with business leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent and organizational capabilities
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. Master’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a senior HR personal within a progressive HR environment
  • Proven track record of leading HR processes in large complex organizations and supporting managers and executives across different cultures and regions
  • Experience influencing and leading cross organization initiatives in a matrix environment
  • Team player & enterprise thinker
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to identify and lead continuous improvement efforts in HR
