Intel Cloud Software Engineer Poland, Pomeranian Voivodeship 348774903
- Designs, develops, validates, and debugs software to enable Intel hardware features and to optimize for cloud, hybrid cloud, and/or onprem deployment models.
- Understands partner software stacks and optimizes full stack software (spanning firmware, drivers, OS, middleware, SDKs, frameworks, algorithms, and applications) as required to enable cloud software.
- May include the development of reference cloud platform software and improving or enabling customer designs to obtain the greatest value from Intel products within the cloud.
- May specialize in specific technology domains including data services (ingestion, database, analytics), AI/ML, and opensource development projects.
Qualifications required to be successful:
- BSc or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or relatedfield with5+years of experience
- Proficiency in C#/Python programming language:4+ years
- Experience in software/firmware validation, validation methods and practices
- Experience in automated validation and processes:3+ years
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to work in a team as an active participant
- Effective cross-team cooperation in a multinational environment
- Willingness to learn new topics, improve own skillset, influence processes to increase team efficiency
The following will be considered an advantage:
- Familiar with C/C++ programming language
- Deep knowledge about Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with hardware/software interactions, embedded firmware and real-time operating systems
- Skills in concurrent programming in a multi-task environment
- Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)Basic understanding of HW design
