Your key responsibilities
Be involved in all stages of the transaction process from deal origination through tocompletion, including preparation of marketing materials, buyer research, valuation analysis, and due diligence preparation and coordination.
Prepare industry research and market mapping to assist in identifying potential new clients or targets for private equity and corporate buyers.
Assist in building financial data books and analysing financial models.
Contribute to engagement planning and project management ensure that deliverables meet the project timetable.
Build strong client relationships and engage with transaction stakeholders and advisers.
Skills and attributes for success
Two to five years’ full time work experience.
Prior transaction experience (due diligence or M&A) would be beneficial, or otherwisedemonstrating transferrable skills
Bachelor level academic qualification(s) in accounting, commerce, finance or law.
Strong numeracy, and written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
