- M.S. or above in Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in optical or module process development, ideally in AR/VR, camera modules, or other high-precision optical fields.
- Proven track record of process and equipment bring-up, scaling lab concepts to production-level solutions.
- 3 yrs above experience with AA processes.
- 3 years above experiences with metrology systems, SPC, and data-driven yield improvement strategies.
- Strong communication and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
- Self-starter with a track record of independently driving projects from lab-scale development to high-volume manufacturing without major last-minute risks
- Strong project management skills, including data analysis, milestone tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in equipment automation, cycle time optimization, and high-volume manufacturing.
- Strong innovation portfolio with patents or publications in process/equipment development.
