About the Role

Come help us build a brand that is redefining multiple industries on a global scale. In this role you will help drive world-class integrated marketing strategy and plans that create brand impact and drive growth for our business. Collaborating with Operations, Social Media, Communications, and Performance Marketing teams, you will help execute impactful campaigns that drive user interaction through our paid and owned channels in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop a strategic understanding of market priorities (business targets, P&L priorities, and segmentation), and help generate marketing strategies and plans that align to both the market priorities and the global brand strategy.
  2. Analyze the state of the market and brand, and develop deep user insights and understanding.
  3. Identify local marketing needs and opportunities aligned with business priorities.
  4. Work cross functionally and with agencies to develop and execute campaigns across owned and paid channels.
  5. Help plan and carry out brand campaigns and activations to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  6. Based on global marketing strategy, adapt, localize, and/or ‘pulse up’ initiatives to align with market and regional strategies, taking into account the local specifics and culture.
  7. Collaborate closely with Operations, Social Media, Communications, and Performance Marketing teams to maximize the impact of user acquisition and engagement efforts.

  1. Consumer marketing or related experience with a successful record of delivering business results in a fast paced data driven environment.
  2. Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically.
  3. Curiosity and creativity. Full of fresh ideas to generate user growth and build the brand.
  4. A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand.
  5. High bar for quality, productivity, and delivering results.
  6. Experience working with or managing creative and media agencies.
  7. A constructive mindset who takes initiatives in a constantly-changing work environment.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Excellent organizational skills to juggle tasks without losing sight of the highest priorities and a desire to create and build new processes to enable organizational efficiencies.
  10. Hands-on and solution-driven mindset to operationalize projects quickly.
  11. Self-motivation and drive. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting to push projects to completion.
  12. Ability to work flexibly across both lines of business—Mobility and Delivery—based on project needs.
  13. Native Spanish speaker with strong English verbal and written communication skills.
