As a manager focused on growth strategy, you will play a critical role in leading and developing strategic projects for our clients based in Mauritius and the region. You will work with businesses to define and implement growth strategies while ensuring client satisfaction, quality deliverables, team development, and contributing to EY Parthenon’s business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development : Design and lead strategic solutions tailored to meet clients' needs for growth, transformation, or optimization.
  • Project Management : Plan, execute, and oversee complex projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Client Relationship Management : Maintain and develop trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership and Development : Motivate, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and successful work environment.
  • Commercial Proposal Drafting : Draft technical and financial proposals in collaboration with internal teams, aligning proposals with both client needs and EY Parthenon’s financial and strategic objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Decision-Making : Gather and analyze data to formulate recommendations based on factual and strategic insights.
  • Innovation and Adaptability : Adapt to market changes and propose innovative ideas and solutions to meet the evolving needs of the Mauritian market.

    • Proficiency in planning and executing projects within deadlines and budgets.
    • Experienced in project tracking and adept at handling contingencies.

    • Capacity to quickly adapt to market changes and propose creative solutions.
    • Strong ability to innovate in dynamic and evolving environments.

What we look for:

  • Education : Degree from a top business or engineering school, or equivalent in management.
  • Experience :
  • 5-8 years in consulting (Finance, industry, transformation,…),
  • Ideally with experience in strategy and in the Mauritian market.
  • Languages : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Additional Assets : In-depth knowledge of the Mauritian market, including local trends, challenges, and opportunities.
