Job Description:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transactional Purchase Requisition Activities:
- Handle simple to moderate purchase requisition tasks for assigned countries, regions, or areas, including:
- Converting PR to PO for both SAP and Legacy systems, and troubleshooting PR to PO issues
- Monitoring open POs, including manual POA
- Following up on open orders (delays, expedition)
- Coordinating PO deliveries and vendor interactions
- Making changes to POs regarding quantities and delivery dates
- Exception Resolution and Inquiries:
- Resolve moderate to complex exceptions and manage inquiries from suppliers and stakeholders
- Procedure Compliance:
- Follow a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within the Forecast To Schedule areas
- Ensure compliance with internal Forecast To Schedule business rules and SOX controls
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in FTS transactional activities
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- Strong customer service and quality-oriented mindset
- Proficient in research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of sourcing principles
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Structured approach to planning and managing workload efficiently
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP, FTS tools, and applications is an advantage
