Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering/related fields or equivalent industry experience.

10+ years of software development experience in building and shipping reliable production software or services with code in languages such as C, C++, C# or similar.

Good communications skills, both verbal and written.

• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Proven ability to define and drive technical strategy for complex distributed systems.
• Experience in leading investigations into system behavior and performance.
• Skilled at resolving resource contention and low-level bottlenecks across compute, memory, and I/O.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency and reliability at scale.
