Master Data Intern

Your role:

• • Assist in the research and implementation of new SharePoint features to improve data management processes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of SharePoint lists and libraries for Master Data.
  • Conduct user testing and provide feedback on SharePoint enhancements.
• Process Documentation:
  • Document existing Master Data processes and procedures clearly and concisely.
  • Create and maintain process flow diagrams using tools like Visio.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest potential solutions.
• Data Analysis:
  • Assist in the analysis of Master Data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct basic data analysis tasks, such as data entry, data cleaning, and data validation.
• Project Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Master Data team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project documentation.

• Student enrolled in a local University studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related careers

• Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, analytical, independent;

• Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset;

• Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;

• Advanced English both verbal and written ;

• Advanced MC Office (Excel is a must have).
