Participate in and support product introduction and first in fab tool installations in the field
Travel to customer sites on short notice for Machine down, upgrades and retrofits
Support technical escalations conference calls
Must be able to work off shift hours and weekends when required
Has developed advanced specialized expertise within aanalytical/scientificarea to perform the most complex work
Create presentations, tables & charts using PowerPoint & Excel to communicate project/issue status to AMAT Factory and Customer personnel
Has a good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives
Will need to take on the team leadership role during onsite projects and escalations to include: facilitate conference calls, provide daily status reports, and provide subject matter guidance to more junior team members
Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent
Exchanges ideas and information effectively; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others

Education: High School Diploma/GED, Trade School is a plus
