As the Trade Confirmations SME in our Mumbai Affirms team, you will spend each day in executing OTC Trade Confirmations (Paper + Electronic) with the clients in a timely manner to enhance client experience and meeting regulatory requirements. You are required to understand the fundamentals of the product and underlying instruments and be involved in business strategies to drive process efficiencies
Job Responsibilities
- Affirmation of Equities Derivative Trades (Paper + Electronic) & Legal confirmations with understanding of legal aspects relating to Derivatives confirmations.
- Drive Efficiencies by identifying & implementing Strategic & Tactical solutions in partnership with internal / external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to onboard client on electronic platform (MarkitWire)
- Timely escalation of unissued/unexecuted trade documents.
- Building and sustaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner as per Business Standards.

Skills and Qualifications
- The candidate should be self-motivated along with strong Partnership abilities
- ISDA knowledge and Equity Derivatives Product knowledge is preferable
- The individual must be able to: handle a high level of complexity in their product coverage, be able to shift gears with relative ease, be flexible enough in shifting workload in accordance with changing priorities and be comfortable dealing with a stressful and fast paced Trading environment.

As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations, you'll provide operational support within our Corporate Investment Bank. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed on time and exceptions and client inquiries are resolved.
