Purpose of the Job:
- Provide support for the program management office of ACP, that includes among other things the following:
- Reporting
- Research and analysis
- Content development
- Updating and maintaining operations trackers
- Account team operations
- Prepare high quality research reports or presentations on account or sector related topics
- Prepare high quality presentation packs for account meetings
- Summarizing key discussion points and plan of actions from meetings
- Manage schedules and be accountable and committed to meet turnaround timelines for deliverables and activities
- Assist in creative solutions to problems that come up at the program or account team level
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Use secondary research and internal EY reports, databases and other resources to come up with insights and analysis on clients
- Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards/ reports to track and report program progress
- Work both independently and within teams, including virtual teams, on high visibility and time sensitive requirements
- Confidently interact with leaders at Senior Manager and above levels
Knowledge, Competency and Skills Requirements:
- Strong secondary research skills and insights building capability
- Strong in project coordination
- Strong command over English language for effective business communication – both oral and written
- Strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills.
- Number crunching skills and comfort with basic applied mathematics
- Good understanding of marketing and general management concepts
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills to be able to analyze scenarios, documents, reports and substantiate observations
- Ability to develop alternatives and suggest best suited solutions to problems
- Optional: Working knowledge of analytics and visualization tools like R/Python/Power BI etc. will be very relevant differentiators

- Willingness to occasionally stretch beyond normal working hours on need basis.
- The role will be based out of Trivandrum, India
Education:
- Graduation in any stream, but preferably B.Tech/B.E or BBA
- Post-Graduation: Preferable, but not mandatory
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in large organizations preferably in Business Operations/ Account Operations / Project Management
- Experience in analytics, research and competitive intelligence will be very relevant differentiators
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services organization preferred
- Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial
