And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilities- Be responsible for end to end ownership of software systems, including owning the software vision and roadmap across the capacity engineering team, aligning to best practices, business and customer requirements
- Grow and manage software and network development engineers responsible for developing and maintaining software
- Be a technical and solution oriented leader managing according to agile software development lifecycle methodologies delivering high quality software and a development process that allows for rapid iterations- Ensure that software and tooling delivered are aligned with capacity deployment operations with ability to execute at scale
- Continuously promote safe delivery through change control and operational excellence initiatives
- Focus and manage services using data, metrics and dashboarding techniques

- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
