Job Overview:

  • Individual Responsibilities to ensure accurately and timely deliverables of (transactional & analytics) - month-end, cost center, inventories risk preparation, scrap reporting

  • Working closely with RF360 teams in Singapore, Wuxi, Munich team with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities.

  • Support stakeholders with multiple reporting including cost center, Material cost report, intercompany purchase report, etc.

  • Update timely and accurately pricing data into Price management system. Also, ensure to initiate & submit the software billings basis contract milestones.

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability.

  • Individual will require to take evening & morning calls for reviews and transition of activities. During month-ends will require to work in morning shift.

  • Perform additional ad hoc finance activities from time to time.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years relevant industry experience in finance FP&A activities

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP tool

  • Excellent Advance Excel Skills with Macro (VBA) added advantage.

  • Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.

  • Planning & prioritization of work assigned

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – Tableau, Power BI etc.

  • Flexible for evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on regular basis.

  • Ready to work in office shift - Morning India time (6:30 AM) during month-ends to prepare timely due reports, reviews and transition calls on daily basis.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in commerce and, CA or Inter CA passed

  • Master in Business Administration in finance from reputed B-school. About GBFS Team: The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provide support to HQ and global regional team on Finance & Business Operation activities. This job role required to support and manage finance related activities – Reporting activities using SAP, FP&A, Opex and reporting, Product costing, Product Pricing & system updates, Software Billing, etc. Job Overview:
