You will:

• Propose Power Amplifier solutions for 5G Radio Units
• Work collaboratively with system designers, thermal and mechanical designers, and software design leads on Radio Unit architectures
• Own vendor technical relationship and device selection
• Mentor and guide junior designers

Essential Requirements

• Proven record of working on large mobile network systems either as a member of a network equipment manufacturer or as a radio technology provider
• Detailed understanding of 3GPP specifications and worldwide spectrum and telecommunications regulations
• Organized, goal-oriented technical leader to lead, follow, and effectively collaborate with knowledgeable development peers and business partners.
• Doherty architecture knowledge
• Knowledge in 4G and 5G Radio and/or subsystems architecture, implementation and ecosystem and proven track record taking designs to volume production

Desirable Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Participate in Next generation architectural investigations/proposals
