As part of JPMC’s Onboarding Team, you'll support the backend operations. You will be required to adhere to established processes and guidelines in support of all potential new hires. You will interact with employees at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues (complex, sensitive, routine, etc.) requiring attention to detail, empathy, ability to troubleshoot, taking ownership and accuracy of work while maintaining a high-quality standard and ensuring data integrity.

Job responsibilities

  • Foster partnerships and relationships with stakeholders involved in daily processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and implement effective changes.
  • Participate strategically and tactically with cross-functional teams and projects impacting team processes and procedures.
  • Respond and resolve candidate inquiries regarding screening requirements prior to first day.
  • Process HR related transactions/activities adhering to company policy, guidelines, and Compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Meet quality and productivity metrics.
  • Prioritize and manage workload within service level goal.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of one year of Human Resources
  • Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday in APAC & NAMR Hours and work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
  • Demonstrate active listening, probing, ability to research issues and recommend a solution
  • Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with and able to quickly adapt to change
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems preferred
  • Preferred knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
