Your responsibilities will include orchestrating comprehensive security release strategies, fostering collaboration across diverse teams, and leveraging advanced project management methodologies to mitigate risks. By developing and enforcing stringent security industry standards such as CVSS, CWE, CPE and others, you will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of our products and services, while also spearheading initiatives to enhance the scalability and operational efficiency of our security release pipeline.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

• OR equivalent experience.

· 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

• OR equivalent experience.

· 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

· 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs, focusing on security release management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations and customer support, to deliver high-quality security releases on time.
• Drive the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and guidelines across the release pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate potential security risks throughout the release process.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.
• Continuously improve release processes to enhance security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
