Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

Take in charge of closing timetable distribution and communication.

During quarterly/monthly closing, ensure Private BU’s financial books accurately reflects its actual performance. This includes making necessary manual adjustments, preparing reconciliation accurately, etc.

Take in charge of preparing financial reports after closing, such as SDB, cost productivity analysis, and attend post mortem call to provide feedback where necessary.

Take in charge of Post Due analysis and reports preparation. Hold regular cash calls (e.g. bi-weekly) to drive AR collection.

Support in Annual Planning cycle.

Support in BU Region P&L preparation.

Seek simplification opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce work redundancy.

Ownership: Always drive things with ownership.

Strong logic thinking & analytical ability: able to translate operational performance to financial numbers. Know why changes are made, and how such changes will affect P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.

Experienced communication skills: able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message clearly and effectively verbally and in writing; able to face conflicts and actively seek for alignments/solutions.

Integrity: Adhere to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others

Basic understanding of US GAAP, PRC GAAP, SOX.
